When you opened the window you were faced with a pitch black space with what I think was a water tank. The second across the corridor was accessible. We were allocated two rooms the first 432 which wasn't accessible. On the face of it the hotel is beautiful. If you are alone and in a wheelchair you cannot reach the buzzer and the ramp is not always down and he door is locked However once in, the lifts take you everywhere you need to go. There is a wooden ramp that takes you through a side door but you cannot get to the reception desk. As a disabled guest (wheelchair user) the hotel isn't accessible to reception.
